I’m passionate
about designing products that impact lives
Hey there! I’m the guy who used a dial-up connection to access the famous phrase 'You’ve got mail,' known by many as part of the 'in-between' or 'pioneer' generation that enjoyed life before the tech boom of easy access to the internet and cell phones. By 18, I was jumping out of airplanes and designing personalized landing pages for MySpace profiles.
Over the next 16 years, I transitioned from being a Social Media Marketer, Forex Trader, and Software Engineer to becoming a UX Designer, working with various clients, from startups to Fortune 100-500 companies.
Where it all started
It all started with Michael J. Fox’s Teen Wolf and Back to the Future. I wanted to compete, time-travel, and fly — who wouldn’t want a flying DeLorean and have superhuman power?
Long story short, I didn’t time-travel or get superpowers, but I did compete and travel. Eventually, my obsession shifted to video games, music, and the recently widespread access of data on the internet.
I launched my first ever website which was a MySpace profile design service in 2005, learned a bit about web structure, hosting, and grew in my knowledge of Photoshop.
Back to my roots
Time flew by, and it was time for another challenge: corporate life! I decided to work in a larger environment and joined a company called Infosys as a software engineer. However, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the creative process and having more ownership in design during a non-profit event in NYC.
While continuing to design and work in software engineering solving complex problems, I caught the attention of the Director of UX at a company called WongDoody. I quickly gained traction and eventually led a team responsible for managing the onboarding platform's journey for 300,000 employees, reducing drop-off rates and increasing employee retention
